Drop Zone is an after school club that runs every Tuesday afternoon in term time from 4-5pm in the Trull Church Community Centre.

It is for all those in year 7 and above and is a relaxed space for young people to enjoy table tennis, games, craft, food, and a movie moment that helps us think about an aspect of the Christian faith.

This year we are taking a group of 11-14s to Penrhos Ventures camp. The venue this year is Rydal Penrhos School, Colwyn Bay. Fran and Ruth will be organising the group- please see them for more information and booking forms.

We have cancelled the trip to Soul Survivor, as there has been little to no interest from young people to go on this trip. If you are interested in going to Soul Survivor, please speak to Ruth, and she will help you find a group to go with.

If you are aged 16 or over this summer, and are looking for an opportunity to serve, there is a variety of children’s camps and holiday clubs you can come and get involved with:

EdgeFest : this camp is run by a national organisation which holds its summer family festival on Taunton Racecourse. Ruth will be taking a group of young people to work with 5-8 year olds leading worship, games, activities and learning from the Bible. Speak to Ruth for more info.

Somerset Christian Camps is being held at Perrott Hill School in Crewkerne over 2 weeks: 12th-17th August and 19th-24th August. If you would like to be a tent leader, speak to Ruth or visit their website for more info.

When our students are home most of them attend the 5.30pm service in the Trull Church Community Centre.

We also have a bible study group and regular socials for students that meet bi-weekly on a Wednesday evening in term time and each week during student holidays.
