Holy Week 2018
Holy Week at Trull and Angersleigh, please click here for our Services and Talks.
We hold four weekly Sunday services with a wide variety of styles, each with a commitment to faithful and lively bible teaching. We also have a weekly midweek service, as well as an opportunity for home-based communion.
8.00am Communion or Morning Prayer (40 mins)
A traditional service following the Book of Common Prayer, with a bible talk; 1st, 3rd and 5th Sundays are Morning Worship, whilst 2nd and 4th Sundays are Holy Communion.
9.30am All-Age Worship (75 mins)
A contemporary service for all-ages led by a worship band. Children and adults worship and learn together for the first part of the service and then the children go to their own teaching and activity groups called STOMP over in the TCCC (click here for details) for about 50 minutes. On the 2nd Sunday, we have our Family Service where adults and children stay together for the whole service in the TCCC. On 4th Sundays we include Holy Communion.
11.15am Morning Prayer (60 mins)
A liturgical service led mainly by organ and robed choir using modern Common Worship Liturgy, with Holy Communion on 4th Sunday.
5.30pm FIVE30 service (80 mins)
A mix of contemporary worship, multi-media, bible teaching and prayer ministry held in the TCCC. 4th Sundays include Holy Communion.
Holy Communion every 1st and 3rd Wednesday at 11am at Gatchell House on Gatchell Oaks retirement home complex on Honiton Road, Trull. The service is open to all. We alternate between BCP and CW orders of service, often depending on how we feel that day!
Our clergy or Lay Pastoral Team are very willing to bring communion to members of the Trull community who are unable to get to church through illness or infirmity. Please contact the church office (01823 330812) to arrange this.
